Hi everyone! My name is Missy I'm from the great state of Minnesota; I have a fabulous husband (Chad) and four great kids! I've recently stepped out of my comfort zone of being a stay at home mom of five years and am now venturing out on a business adventure and am having the time of my life and learning the importance of time management real quick! The hardest thing is finding balance....or do you ever really find it or maybe it finds you ;-). Either way it's a must! My husband and children are my biggest fans and have been so supportive, I'm so lucky to have them! My business is Cold Fusion and I partner with three other awesome woman/mothers. Cold Fusion is a meal replacement smoothie shop where our moto is “Smart – Fast – Nutrition”. We also hold weight loss challenges and have individual wellness evaluations. We also offer a line of nutritonal products geared towards client’s nutritional goals. I’m here to meet friends, laugh, network and of course vent, complain and maybe even… cry at times.
