Let's see, I'm 35, married for 3 years, have a wonderful & talkative 9 month old.  My name is Jackie & my husband's name is Larry.  We had a hard time getting pregnant at first.  We went through fertility treatments for a year.  I know it's not as long as some couples, but a year does seem like a long time.  I didn't think I would get pregnant, but my husband was positive all the way.  My son was concieved by interuterine insemination (yes, my husband IS the father).  The date of the insemination was 6/06/06.  My son, Lee David was born on 2/17/07 which also happens to be my mother's birthday.  He was born 2 weeks early.  I went to a routine appointment and his heart rate wasn't as high as the doctor would like.  She walked me over to the hospital for observation.  Two days later, he was born by C-Section.  THey induced me with pitocin, but I was only 1 cm dilated and the doctor said I would be in labor FOREVER.  As she was walking out she noticed heart rate drop drastically on the monitor, so she decided it was time & 2 hours later my son came into the world.  He is the pride & joy of his family.  My husband has told everyone that he has the finger picked out that my son will wear his Super Bowl ring on.
