    That is a mighty good question. You should google it and see! I hear it works REALLY well though...sooo...Isn't that crazy! I can't believe it's been so warm out. HEAT WAVE! Woo hoo! LOL 4/20 means my birthday is the next day. Scary. Yay for 4/20 though. Seriously.

    Glad you quit smoking. That's a HUGE accomplishment. Nasty things those are. I have been smoking a little lately...when I drink I tend to smoke. I am thinking about stopping my drinking habit...it would help A LOT of different aspects in my life. Including losing weight : ) It is really nice out. 70s here! So great huh. Have you heard of the HCG diet thing??? I hear it REALLY WORKS. A little pricey for my pocket. But if I had the money I'd definitely give it a go.

    I am completely off track. Still working out as regularly as possible....I swear that I got my period and gained five pounds : ( Ugh.

    I'm a mother, a truckers wife, a sister, an auntie, a daughter, a friend, a grandaughter, and a stay at home mom.  I'm starting to work form home which is awesome for me with hubby being on the road all the time.  I love being with family and boy do I got alot of family. I love the snow, and the rain. I'm Origanally from Wa so i think thats why I love the rain lol.
