My husband is going to school Full Time to become an Engineer... it's a decision I fully support and am very proud of him for making at 26.

I'm a florist and work with a special events florist with 20+ years experience... I love my job... but miss my daughter while working 30-45 hours a week... sometimes more.

 I had planned on being a stay at home mom... but believe I am doing what's best for my family so that my husband can get the education he needs and deserves.

I work hard at trying to reduce our environmental impact.

 I stretch our budget and do without myself so that my daughter can eat as healthy as possible, which means as much organic/natural as I can find/afford. I would love for my whole family to eat only organic and/or local unrefined foods... but at this time I can't afford it.

I had a 52 hour labor with my daughter... I don't think that means I am better or stronger than any other woman.... it does mean I can relate to a very large spectrum of labors as in those 52 hours I  went through a lot... I would do it all again tomorrow for Katalin.

My house is dirty... I'm behind on errands... and I don't get around to giving myself a manicure or pedicure... but it's all because I'm working hard to give the best I can to my husband and my daughter... so I have no shame in it. 

I love cooking/baking.

I have a cat and two turtles.

I have 2 sisters and a brother... my youngest sister spends a lot of time at my house and on the phone with me and on AIM with me... but that's OK... because she needs me... and what can I say... I love her.
