I'm 44 years old, and have been married for 19 years, have 2 kids, 1 dog,

I enjoy working full time for a software company. We make software for doctors' offices.

I don't believe it's right for adults to hit children, or for anyone to hit anyone.

I love comedy and humor.

I love punk and harcore music.

I love Japanese Pop music and Anime.

I had a Norwegian Lutheran Grandma, a Jewish Grandma, and a Scottish atheist Grandma. I grew up Mormon, had a nice Muslim room mate in college, and married a Catholic.

I enjoy teaching English as a Second Language to immigrants and refugees at a local Adult Basic Education center, and have, on and off, for over 20 years now!

My week days are filled with my job, while my children are at school. My evenings and week ends are filled with my daughter's  fencing lessons, both my kids'  scout troop meetings, my son's piano lessons, my kids' homework and school events, my volunteer job teaching English, my husband's Lions club events and his church, my Sons of Norway events, as well as big fat lazy chunks of time together at home. Maybe throw in a load of laundry or dishes if I feel like it.

My children are obsessed with Japanese anime and manga, video games, NIckelodeon and Cartoon Network.

My husband is in the Lions Club. I am in Sons of Norway, which includes anyone with an interest in Scandanavia. I am the lodge president, this year, 2009!

I grew up as the oldest of 7. But only recently found out I am the 2nd of 8, and met my biological older half sister for the first time!!!
