I am an nursing student and current Psychology major; a mother of many, supaFabu girlfriend/lovah/muse to one amazingg dOOziE! boii, and cat mama to a few (you’ll see them referred to as “ThaCatzz”). I work as a UC in the ED of a very busy §9.39 Catholic hospital. I have seen so many things there that have just made me so grateful to be healthy and (somewhat) sane. Every day I find new reasons to be grateful for my meager existence. I last worked at an ICF for developmentally disabled/mentally handicapped adults (OMRDD-NYS) and I loved every minute of it. Being around those people really allowed me to be more forgiving of my body and just appreciate everything it *can* do for me.
