About Me
I am a busy mompreneur, fitness  coach as well as an online networking/marketing coach. I've got a huge passion for improvement and I love helping others find their dreams, discover their passions and improve their overall wellbeing.

I am from the beautiful part of NJ in a small town nestled near the Delaware Water Gap, Kittatinny Valley and Great Appalachian Valley. I absolutely LOVE the country. I think my new hobby is taking pictures of old barns.

I have a beautiful 14 year old daughter who loves theater. She is my "drama-queen" and I knew that from birth. 

I also have a son who is 11 who loves sports. He can't seem to get enough. He plays soccer and lacrosse, but his all time favorite sport is ice-hockey.

What I Do
I've worked from home for several years now. During this time I've realized that working from home is not easy if you don't have the RIGHT tools and knowledge in place. Many people spin their wheels only to fall off the wagon of possible success and fail miserably.  I've learned the hard way. I've spend the money on training and read every piece of info I could get my hands on so I can beat the odds and grow an online  business to success and I'm so glad to be here.

My overall passion is to help others succeed in all areas of their life, including HEALTH, wealth and overall well-being.  My mission is to give people the knowledge to grow as a person and/or online business owner.

My Interests/Hobbies
Well, I am on the computer a lot.  But I do love to spend time with my beautiful family.  Carson and I love to go bike riding together. Kasie and I love to shop!  In the winter I love to sit around the fireplace curled up with a good book or a good show. In the summer I like to lead "walking" groups in my local town.
I also love, love, LOVE the country so hiking, biking & visiting local wineries are some of my favorite things to do.
