oh trust I know my man kept buggin me "you know you gotta take that out, do you really still have that in?" crap like that but when it started to hurt I had no choice. I hear if you goo it up very VERY often it doesn't get as bad but I honestly don't believe that. I say leave it as long as you're comfortable but the day will come when you start to bump and it'll be outtie time.

sucks but you gotta take it out I left mine in till I started to bump it really gets tight fast it started to hurt
