I swear I am way more interesting than this "statement", but I don't want to give it all away at once.

Let's get the basics out of the way! My name is Leslie and I'm 28 years old. I was born and raised by Cuban parents in Miami, Florida. I now reside in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. I have two Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Miami. One in psychology and one in criminology. After realizing that I will never understand why people do the things they do, I decided to pursue a career in clinical research. I am staying at home for now though. I have taken an indefinite leave of absence from my MBA program.

Now the fun stuff! Andrew is my hubby and soul-mate. He's an executive chef at a very yummy restaurant on Palm Beach Island. I can't cook, nor do I like to, so we make a great team. Our differences do not stop there, we are actually quite opposite from one another. It makes everything very spicy! We moved to Palm Beach Gardens a year ago from Manhattan, NY. We miss NY sooo much!

Elise is our little miracle. She was born at 28 weeks weighing only 2 lbs 5 oz. She was in the NICU for 46 days. She is now doing great! She is everything we ever dreamed our little girl would be and more.
