Thanks again for taking the time to write out the suggestion and sharing the technique. I truly appreciate this. I am just thankful you are here to turn to. We just seem to be incline toward similar methods and options -- the extended nursing, the gentle sleep "training".

Thanks for the Happy tummi suggestion. I ordered one on amazon and got it today. My little guy loves it. Really seems to help. I had never heard of it before

I wanted to thank you for the advice on getting my son to fall asleep on his own. I'm not quite there yet, but I've seen major improvement. After a week I am still standing next to his crib and don't exactly know how to transfer from standing next to crib to sitting in a chair, but he is sleeping through the night now and I'm just so happy. Thanks again.
