I love gardening, watching my family grow.  Growing older and wiser I love the way I make decisions based on past experiences.  I love to dance, and I love putting my life in God's hands there's nothing like the feeling of not being alone. 

 I do yoga, and meditate, they help with my depression, anxiety and panic attacks that I've been living with for 3 years now, that's why I embraced the hollistic lifestyle, it beats having to take medication to keep my ailments at bay. Don't get me wrong, if I need them I take them, it's just nice to not have to take them as often and the side effects that come with them. 

And I guess if I were to make a personal statement it would be:

 "When you are Happy, everything else falls into place"

And right now, I am very happy.  If you'd like to see and join my little community that supports organic, homeopathic and hollistic living I made a website, it's something that has been nagging at me for a while now, something that I felt that I needed to do.  The site is www.freewebs.com/yblmindbodyspirit. Don't be fooled by my love for natural living, I like to live it up too.  Going out with friends and having a couple of drinks and talking about men, kids, jobs, sex, etc. are things I thive on.  I'm a Libra and a total extrovert.  My website above is fun and I've had a lot of positive feedback on it.  I hope you enjoy it there and please feel free to share your stories there also and sign the guestbook!
