I've been married for over 13 years to my high school sweetheart (been together for over 16 yrs ). At the age of 30 we finally decided to start having kids and God has blessed us with two beautiful, smart and amazing girls, Julia Helena (born Dec 2006) and Ashley (born Sep 2008). I own a small business that I run from home part time, I enjoy it; but time is not my friend. I wish there were more hours in the day or we needed less sleep, lol. I see myself as a nice, caring, sensitive person and goofy at times, but don't mistaken all of that as weaknesses; I can be strong and opinionated when needed. I don't speak of this with pride.
I'm confessing that I stumble
and need Christ to be my guide.

I'm not trying to be strong.
I'm professing that I'm weak
And need His strength to carry on.

I'm not bragging of success.
I'm admitting I have failed
And need God to clean my mess.

I'm not claiming to be perfect,
My flaws are far too visible
But, God believes I am worth it.

I still feel the sting of pain.
I have my share of heartaches
So I call upon His name.

I'm not holier than thou,
I'm just a simple sinner
Who received God's good grace, somehow!
