my 13 yr old wants to wear shorts to school. It's in the 40's and 50's up here. Every morning he ask to wear shorts and I say No more shorts. he puts on his jeans and then refuses to wear a jacket or hoodie. I keep saying we dont live in florida anymore. this is an every moring event. any suggestions?
