    Even those with special needs are still people first and not their diagnosis.

    The child or adult with Autism or Down Syndrome- Not that Down Syndrome boy, or Autistic Man.

    Get to know the person that is sitting in that wheelchair. Don't stare but also don't shun them and always look the other way. They are people too and deserve the same respect and love and friendship as we all do.
