Hi, I'm Liz -- I'm a stay at home mom of two girls age 12 and 2.  I love my husband of 6 years...we've been together for almost 9 years, but friends since age 16 (so that's 18 years!). 

I love to sing, read, journal, play on the internet, hang out with my daughter and husband, and sometimes I get crafty but not as much since the little one was born.  I love to bellydance, do yoga and swim but definitely don't do them with any regularity that would make it a health benefit .  Most people think I'm friendly and bubbly but really I'm an introvert who has learned extrovert skills.  I am kind of over the top vivacity wise to make up for being anxious inside!  LOL. 

I am diagnosed Bipolar 2, and I am definitely working hard to stabilize my health so that I don't have too many symptoms.  That means avoiding stress so there are certain message boards I have to stay away from--I don't want drama!!!  I am trying to live healthier, so wish me luck in sticking to the routine I've started as of October 1 2007.  

I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers who are very important to me, and several close friends that mean so much to me as well!
