I am a working mom, my husband is a stay at home dad. We lead unconventional lives. Working so much has been a challenge for both me and my husband. We are both learning our roles and how to cope with both the rewards and consequences. I love to make the best of my time with my daughter as it is limited.

My favorite pastimes are knitting, crocheting, shopping, cooking, taking pictures, and sleeping :)

Our family tries to live simply. We take nutrition very seriously and only feed the best, most nutritious foods to our daughter. We try to shop organically and locally.  We want for her what my husband and I both didn't have with regards to diet. I belive that high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils are a huge part of our obesity epidemic. My daughter has never ingested either of them. We also find plastic to be very creepy and do our best to keep it away from her. In our efforts to be industrious as a society, we have created a toxic environment that poisons us every single day. We do our best to protect our baby.
