    Hello, I am a 28 year-old mom of 2 beautiful boys. Dylan is my 6-year-old biological son. Jackson is my 6-year-old step-son. (9 days apart) Jack has Cerebral Palsy, and the main reason I joined Cafe-Mom was to find other moms in similar situations. I am a stay at home mom to Dylan, and a stay at home Nurse, therapist, teacher, student, and mom to Jack. Though my days are quite kaotic, I enjoy every moment.
