    I've been on but have mostly been lurking. Havent' had alot of time so I get on when I'm feeding the baby and hate to 1 hand type.lol. I'm friends with her on Facebook but didn't know she wasnt' on cafemom anymore. Hope all is well with you. :)

    Detoxes are a way to clean your body of chemicals. There's a lot of different types of detoxes you can do. After you do a detox, things that have preservatives and chemicals in them can sometimes cause you to feel sick or they don't taste the same anymore. It helps when your trying to get off of soda :D
