Hello Moms. I am a 21 year old mother of 2 handsome boys named Jordan and Jayden. I haven't been on Cafemom in about 6 months and I have missed it a lot. I am now in need of advice and friendships so I decided to become active again!

 My oldest son Jordan is 2 and has been diagnosed with Failure to Thrive, Sensory Processing Disorder and he has a severe speech delay. His doctors/therapists also believe he has ADHD and possibly Autism. Jordan keeps me very busy on a daily basis. I am trying very hard to get him caught up and ready for pre-school. Some things may be a permanent disability, but I will do everything I can to help him be the best he can be. Right now I am having trouble with discipline, and my boys are beginning to run all over me. Jayden is a little behind in speech, but other than that he is hitting all of his milestones and doesn't have any delays/disabilities. Jayden just watches everything his brother does, and thats not always a good thing. Jordan also has some behavior issues, and with Jayden following his actions, it is beginning to become very over-whelming! I am hoping to make some friends and gain advice because I am very stressed..

A little about me-  I was born and raised in Springfield, IL. I graduated from a boarding school in Oneida, KY in 2006. I am currently attending college to become a Real Estate Agent. I am also working 2 days a week as a hostess. I am having a hard time making ends meet, so am currently looking for another job. I need a job where I can work from home, because thats all my schedule will allow at this time. I am thinking about selling Mary Kay, but I have more researching to do. I am currently living with the father of my children, but I don't know how much longer I can put up with supporting him. I am basically a single mother, because the father doesn't help AT ALL.  I am just waiting for him to change, but after 3 years of waiting I don't think that is ever going to happen.  Like many other mothers I want my children to have their mother and father, but I don't want to be unhappy the rest of my life. :( 

 I decided to become active on Cafe-Mom again because I would love to meet other mothers to create friendships and gain advice from.  If you have any advice or are looking for a new friend I am here with an open ear. Thank you and can't wait to meet some new people. God bless everyone!!
