I'm a single mom and divorcee of a little man!  We live in the DC Metropolitan area.  I love reading with my son. One of the main reasons I decided to join this site was to meet other mothers with similar backgrounds and who can relate with my experiences.

My son has been diagnosed with Autism.  He has overcome many obstacles and works hard to do well in school.  I look forward to networking with other moms who are going through anything like this.  For those moms who are looking for support, please don't hesitate to send me a message.  I know that this can be a very lonesome process and I hope that I can share and help in any way that I can.
