hang in there mama. I know it's confusing. I think once you sink your teeth into a couple of the big diet things you'll get some relief which will give you some encouragement. Biomedical approaches take time and it is confusing, until you read a couple books, sometimes multiple times and talk to others. You won't be confused for long!
