  • Personal Statement

    I am an advocate for healthy food and a simple life. I love to learn about eating healthy cooking, and alternative medicine.  I am a colon hydrotherapist and a massage therapist but most of all I am a mommy. I have several tricks to getting children to eat well, and I beleive if you start them early enough they will insist on it  later in their lives. I am going to school for Holistic Nutrtion and I love to read about food, wellness, and parenting.  I also enjoy teaching people about my lifestyle and how to enhance and simplify theirs. My little girls are the sweetest, prettiest, and most gentle little souls, and they  thrive on love and nutrition. I also love music and singing, and I am beginning to think both my girls do too.

    I noticed the name of your daughter on your intro post to 'Birth is Natural' group. Noelle Mae. That's almost exactly what I had picked out for my first babie's name, had it been a girl. Thought it was neat!!! And I have the same middle name- spelt the same way.
