I have three beautiful kids that are my reason to get out of bed every morning.  We've always had such a close bond, and it's always been us vs. the world!!

3 1/2 years ago, I went to my full-time j.o.b one day, to get called to the office for a "pay re-evaluation".  They gave me a 30-day notice to a 40% pay decrease.  I'm a single mom with three kids....we were just barely making the bills as it was.  Crazy!!!  I was frantic to find some other way to make money in order to make up the money we had just lost (and I didn't want to go get a part-time job making $8 /hr).
