Personal Statement
I am a California Girl now living on the East Coast with my husband & son. I am a News & Entertainment junkie and fight full on for my son as he was a preemie and we are getting towards the ends of his delays now at 5.

I miss entertainment, but I love the peace & beauty of New Hampshire. My family is all over..I am an older mom who is very young at heart. Buffy, Harry Potter,..going to a movie? what is that?.

Kindergarten! yikes!

I also have Dyslexia & Dyscalculia (numbers & time) Nick was 6 weeks premature and we have had many delays..you have to be the Mama Bear!

Thanks so much for your thoughts. I didn't put this in my post but I quit my special ed. teaching job to be a mother to our adopted children so when I saw just how cruel teachers can be with children...I thought "How, Why, What....I was never like that and I did teach for over 12 years..just don't understand the "new" school age, I guess.
