Hi!  I'm a stay at home mom with two teen daughters.....my son is 22 and no longer lives at home. With all the teenaged hormones in the house, it's a wonder I can keep my sanity some days!! I like to write, read, work on my family tree, and play online games to keep from losing my grip. Looking forward to making new friends and having fun here.

 1. I am PRO-LIFE from the moment of conception to the moment of death....no abortion, no euthanasia, no assisted suicide, no death penalty.

2. I don't spank, I never have, and I think it's a totally unnecessary "tool" for raising children.

3. I believe that every woman should be able to choose whether or not she wants a career outside the home, a family, or both.

4. I believe that daycare can be a great learning experience for some children, and that it should be a parental choice that is not judged by anyone else.

5. Children need the chance to be children, to enjoy their childhood for as long as humanly possible, without worrying about adult stuff too soon.

6. Co-Sleeping was a wonderful experience for our family, even though it may not be everyone's cup of tea.

7. Potty training should be child led as that, in my experience, makes it work much quicker and easier.

8. Ignorance is curable....educate yourself, and don't just follow the crowd.

9. Children should have two parents who love them and put their best interests first...whether those parents are married, single, divorced, or whatever.

10. Illegal immigrants should all be sent back home.....why should we continue to harbor criminals? (And yes, they ARE criminals...that's why the word "illegal" is used to describe them!!)

11. People who abuse children should be locked up forever.

12. People who let their children run around in public places, acting like uncivilized creatures, should be asked to remove them immediately.

13. I have two teenagers and a twenty-something, and I am EXTREMELY proud of all three of them. Their futures look bright from where I'm standing....they are respected, respectful, and respectable human beings.

14.  I don't judge others, and don't expect to be judged. Live and let live.

15. That said, I have no problems with interracial relationships or same sex relationships.
