    My personal interests are Fashion (I love the Style network and Bravo), Cooking, and being a Mom.  I have 4 children, one passed away at the age of 3 (14 years ago), a 7 year old son, a 3 year old daughter, and a newborn baby girl.  I have been married to a wonderful man for 5 years.

    Hey there! No, the 12 week program is not one you pay for. The other one I did when I got pregnant, yes. And pretty expensive too. But for a quick solution, it was worth it. You do have to have access to weight training equipment though. Take care! :)
