I currently work full-time coordinating services for adults with developmental disabilties.  I am particularly interested in autism/Asperger's as well as schizophrenia.

My family is bicultural.  We speak both English and Spanish in the home.  While I love having a bicultural family, it can be a challenge at times, too.

Prebaby, or when I have the time, I enjoy(ed) hiking, biking, working out, yoga, painting, reading (especially Toni Morrison-though I've read all her books now), Latin dancing, cooking, and dessert.
