Thank you for the reply to my journal. You sound like an amazing, strong woman! Thank you to your husband and son, and to the rest of your family for serving our military!

I totally understand. I don't have many friends here (Washington) either. Even after living here for 10 years. We moved here from Kansas. Where my friends and family are. I also understand about your children. My son is 13 years old and he doen't have any children his age around.

Sometimes you just need to hear it... You are a phenomenal woman, a beautiful mother, doing an extraordinary job, making things happen for those that you love, and although you might not always feel it, you are loved and appreciated! Now put this on the hp's of 7 mothers who balance it all!

Famous quote from Danny Glover on Lethal Weapon:  "I'm too old for this sh*t!"  Ever feel like you never quite left high school?  I have been out of high school for 22 years now and some days it feels as I've never left.  All the drama.  Gossip and mud-throwing.  Friends taking things you said in confidence and using it against you later.
