My name is Shelly Jenkins. 
I am a devoted Christian, wife, mother,  & friend.  I live in central Wisconsin.

I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, Jeff.  

We dated five years and on June 19th, 2004 we were married.  I am so happy for finally be married to my best friend!

In December 2005, I had completed my undergraduate degree at Emmaus Bible College.  I graduated with a double major in Bible and Elementary Education. 

Right after graduation we moved back to our home town where we purchased our first house.  This was a huge transition for us but very exciting!

In February of 2007 we had our first child, Preston.  It was a long delivery (18 hours of labor after they broke my water and then pushed for 4 hours). Preston was a healthy baby boy that weighed in at 9 lbs. 4 oz. 

Prior to Preston's arrival I thought that I would always be a career woman.  During my time off for maternity leave my heart began to change and really want to be home with him.  Reluctantly, I made my way back to work.  God knew my heart though.  When that school year ended, so did my job.  My husband and I agreed that my place was in the home.  I am SO thankful for what God did in my heart.

During my time home I began a home business.  I did really well and was helping to provide an income for our family but there came a time that the business wasn't right for me anymore.  

In March 2010, the Lord blessed us with our beautiful Kenna Faith!  My labor with Kenna was quite different from that of my son (really fast--I only pushed for 20 minutes!).

The last year has been exciting, crazy, amazing, with ups and downs learning how to mother 2 children. 

Every time I look at my babies I know that God is smiling down and blessing me and my family! 

I recently found an amazing company that really touches my heart.  This company is called MPB Today.  This business is helping people all across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico to TOTALLY eliminate their grocery/gas bill!  This really made me excited because I know that with my growing family that we needed some relief from the grocery prices.  I have truly been blessed by the amazing people in this company. 

During the past year I have also been working on my Master's!  I will soon be done.  By fall 2011 I will be completely done!  I will have my Master's in Education with a specialization in Special Education.  I have no idea what the Lord has in store for me.  I just know that I am going to be faithful and keep teaching my kids how to be kind, compassionate, loving children who love the Lord with all of their heart and to love others too!
