I am a Single-Parent mom of a lovely 7yr old girl.  Among other things we are interested in meeting other moms with children around her age group or any age for that matter. Let's call my Daughter J. She loves reading, writing,  singing, dancing, computer, Iceskating(in training)  and gymnastics (in training).

We spend our weekends not in the malls but visiting many places of interests like musuems, Zoos, plays, concerts, children movies, playgrounds, art centers,  Caves and such

I love to travel and I do so at least three times a year, Many times more.

 I love making new friends and meeting them. I am part of another online group call yahoo 360  http://360.yahoo.com/profile-Tt6Wp0g7eqW67G.6IKvhQQ--?cq=1  and I had the pleasure of meeting a number of ppl last year who I met there. I am looking forward to meeting some if not all of you here once we have build a friendship.

I have recently taken on the challenge of doing the NYC Nautica Triathlon  to help the Leukemia and Lymphome society raise money for  research to help combat that blood cancer which is so prevalent in children.
