I'm a mother of two daughters (9/7/04 & 12/14/07).  They are my little joys!  I see motherhood as a continuous journey and I am always learning from my children.  I feel that the mother/daughter relationship is an especially challenging and rewarding one that I feel honored to have been given the opportunity to nurture.

I've been married since June 2001 and have lived in the DFW, Texas area my whole life.  I work full-time at a job that I love.  I really feel I have the best of both worlds as my job allows me a lot of time with my kids and they get to spend quality time with their dad and grandparents while I'm at work. 

I'm a very non-judgemental, open-minded person.  I love to learn new things.  I especially love learning about how other people live---in different cultures, time periods, etc.  I also love animals and nature. 

I consider myself fluent in Spanish; learning, speaking, reading and writing the language is a passion of mine.  I got my degree in Spanish and most of my jobs have involved interpreting, however, not so much at the job I'm currently at, so I am always looking for new friends to practice with.  Busco amigas hispanohablantes a platicar!
