    i seek help form any religious, because i want to be peaceful to myself and other. I want someday to be able to see my mom and sister again after i have not seen them for 10 years. they live in another country,because I have my own family here in the us. It is difficult for me to leave the us and visit my other family who are waiting for years to see me and all my children.
