I am very driven to create positive change in our communities.  I created a 501(c)3 to do just that.  We have begun in Maryland, with the intentions of going to other states in the future.  We need to begin with where I live first.

I am looking for other moms just as driven to make change in our communities, so that our children and grandchildren are not subjected to worse than it is now.  Gang warfare, crack houses, beggers on the streets asking for money for drugs (you can tell who is who if you know the streets). When we begin to change the streets, rehabilitate the houses, put in playgrounds and create activities to replace hanging on street corners, I will need the support and protection of  the community and all members.  It is important to go into our school system on a regular basis,not once a year, to teach the realities of being a teen parent (our program is called "Tell It Like It Is").  If we go once a year, who will listen to that.  But if we go into our schools on a regular basis, and do not stop, change will occur, but change is always slow.

I love my daughter and granddaughter more than my own life.  I would put my life on the line, if it came down to it, so that my daughter and granddaughter would be able to go on.  However, if someone really did try to harm my children, there would be no way anyone could stop me from protecting them.  My family needs me.

I love people.  I love making friends, networking to help make this world a better place to live.

I hate being sick.  Yuk!!  I have some health problems that get me down sometimes.  It is very important to have a support group if you have health problems.

I love a clean house.  The fresh smell, the relaxing feeling of sitting down and looking around.  The feeling of peace that a clean house brings.

My dream is to work with our Communities in the area of Education Reform, increase Community Participation in Activities and Affordability for All Families, Neighborhood Revitalization, Abuse Awareness and Family Safety Increase, and whatever I'm forgetting right now.

I hope I find many other moms, in my state and all other states to stand up to do what is right.  Anyone can contact me anytime about replicating the organization to help those in other states.  I have seen, and continue to see more than I could have imagined.  I will not turn my back on those who need education, support and guidance out of a lifetime of hell.

I wrote what is above in 2008.  I have since then provided food, clothing, formula, diapers, toys, furniture, support, and more, to many communities in Baltimore City and Surrounding Counties in Maryland. My health had put me in a position of being in and out of the hospital and bed.  I'm up and going.  We are sealing up all of the work that I have been doing throughout the next couple of Board Meetings.
