I believe in the saying, also the title of a book by Wayne Dyer, Change your Thoughts, Change you LIfe. Over the past several years, I've been focusing on positives in my life and letting the rest go!
Changing my thoughts about health has certainly changed my life. At one time I was overweight, depressed, out of shape and had bronchitis about 3-4 times a year. Once I started eating better, taking vitamins and adding some good, sound health products to my regimen, everything changed. My weight is where it should be, I walk every day and take an aerobics class, I'm healthier and happier than I've ever been. No depression, or even hardly a cold, for several years.
No matter what health conditions people have, they can be improved or totally obliterated by improving daily health habits.
