I'm a proud homeschooling mom to 2 girls. I've lost 39 pounds and have 11 more to go to get to my wedding dress weight of 135. I've been exercising for 15 months now & it has really helped improve my mood & ability to handle stress. I turn 40 in Oct 2010 & have a "Bucket List" of some things I want to achieve by then so I don't spend the next 40 yrs complaining about the same stuff of the previous 40. I'm really seeking to have some balance in my life & believe good health is the place to start. Well, now I just read a book telling me not to have balance but imbalance! It says I should lessen the amount of time I spend doing things that weaken me & more time on things that strengthen me. What do you think? Balance or imbalance??? I'll go run and ponder this.
