Hi, it wouldn't let me comment on your group post since my babies are older, I was a full-time pumper. Check all the settings on your pump's tubing make sure nothing is loose. Make sure you're well hydrated, make sure your daytime bra isn't pushing/pressing or you don't have blocked ducts, try a hot shower before you pump. And relax, formula isn't ideal but if you've made it this far one bottle won't kill anyone, you've been pumping and you CAN keep it up. Message me if you need help!!
