My name is Melanie and I am 25 years old. I have been married to my husband Chris since October 12th, 2002. We welcomed our daughter Sapphire to the world on August 31st, 2006 and we just welcomed our son, Desmond to the world on January 16th, 2010. We also have a jack russell/pug mix named Googles. I am an identical twin and my sister is the closest person in the world to me!!! I also suffer from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) so getting pregnant was very difficult. It took 5 rounds of fertility meds/treatments until we got pregnant. We were pregnant with twins and we unfortunately lost one of the babies when I was 9 weeks pregnant but went on to have Sapphire who was very healthy! After going through fertility treatments again,we were successful in getting pregnant again but tragically miscarried that baby in March of 2008 when I was 12 weeks pregnant. I dealt with alot of depression and anger after that happened. I got the help I needed to deal with my feelings and am doing so much better now. I am a hairstylist and I have been for over 9 years now, I love it and I couldn't imagine doing anything else!
