Yes, I know the possible renters. They are business owners locally and they're remodeling and apartment above their business, but it won't be ready for 2 more years. They have 3 kids, so my house would be good for them if they size is right. They are living in a DUMP right now, so my house will be much nicer. I'm asking $600 a month for rent, which is a little below average, but I don't want to go too high.
