I am a Christian mama of 4 boys. I'm married to the one that God created for me and created me for. He's not only my life companion, but my best friend. He is an EMT, COP, and Firefighter.
My boys are absolute gifts from the Lord and ALL boy. I am a believer in Jesus Christ, He IS my life. the Holy Spirit is no stranger in my life or family. I have had the honor of answering the call to help others when things got 'weird' and so have my children. they too, at such young ages have gifts the Holy Spirit has seen fit to apply to their lives and they know how to work them.
I have 4 sons! All with their own challanges and abilities ;-) One with the weirdness that comes with becominga teenager and ADD, One who is Autistic ( he has Aspergers and ADHD and several other issues that i wont get into) one who doesn't see that great and is very tiny for his age , one who is JUSt like his Autistic brother where the activity and impulsiveness is concerned and is bigger than his brother who is tiny for his age. Best part about my kids' challanges...THEY DON"T LET IT STOP THEM!!!! If it ever poses a problem, they WILL find a way around that problem! they are such an inspiration to me and their Daddy! What wonderful gifts from God Almighty they are!!!
I love to read! Esp Christian SyFy stuff ;-)
I love Christian music...not gospel ( sorry that's my husband who loves it) I'm into the contemporary and WORSHIP side of it....KLOVE and IHOP Baby!!!
We ( I have to say we cause this really applies to us all) are into sports, watching the kids make nuts of themselves, into letting them 'try' ( untill they break something) into camping, fishing, hunting.......and then we are so into siting down together for cuddles and a movie ;-) WE GO WITH THE FLOW!!!!! hardly ever is something planned out...LOL
We home school as well! We use one of our states charter school, GACA. Don't ask ME to do my own lesson plans cause you're just asking for trouble....AND we are accredited. AND no I don't worry about socialization cause my boys are better at it than i am...... we are FAR from being a sheltered family ;-)
I don't know what I want to be when I grown up, but I'm sure it has SOMETHING to do with children. i can not have anymore of my own but i KNOW the Lord has more coming to us, whether it be by fostering or adoption I don't know, but I know I'll be open to what ever the Lord has for me...I'll be ready...i AM ready :-)
If there is anything else you wanna know, please feel free to ask me.... God Bless!!
