I am a busy mom of 4 children & 3 dogs. I Own 2 businesses which I run from my home. I am a costume designer and performer for Big City Burlesque.  I am currently in the process of writing a cookbook, and developing a new line of PDA software. Whew, No wonder I'm so tired.

Why Aloegirl? Because Aloe is  the plant of life.  I use it dozens of times a day for nearly everything. I rub it on my skin, put it in my hair, and even drink it's juice.  I also have Fibromyalgia. I'm Holistic, which means that I treat my FMS without the use of drugs.  Aloe is one of the way I treat my disease.

I LOVE all things vintage. In my spare time (which is rare) I like to make vintage replica clothing. I have a huge collection of Patterns, hats, gloves, and other stuff from the 40's, 50's, and 60's. I adore Audrey Hepburn, she is my idol in every way. Once a year we throw a big vintage themed Martini Party, It's my favorite event.

I also love to cook. It's something my husband and I do together, and it keeps us close. Being a southern girl, I'm crazy about Paula Dean, I want to be just like her when I grow up. Bringing me to business # 2, My husband and I own a catering company and we cater cocktail parties and tea parties. It's a ton of fun.

LOL, When I asked my Dr. what Fibromyalgia is she said " FMS is what happens to people who try to cram 60 years of life into 25 years." Looking at my description above, I guess she's right
