Personal Statement
I am the female breadwinner, professional mom with one bio son and two step sons--all young adults now.
Live with a husband who is really just a roommate, and who inconsistently works to supplement the income; he's not healthy so it is understandable but still just as lonely and overwhelming.
Very close to biological son and rather distant with step sons despite many loving overtures on my part....still hoping that some day we will be closer.

Oh - the "home page mamas" were all listed in one of the threads in the "Mommies with the Write Stuff" Group. Kim had listed all the moms so we could visit each others profile pages. Yeah, the M.A. job must not have been for me. I'm unemployed at the momemt (long story, but I have a journal post about it), and now I'm just working on my fiction book and keeping my fingers crossed that I'll be able to land an agent and a publisher. How is your week going so far?
