I am a wife and SAHM mother of 2 beautiful but challenging children.  Jacob is my boss man.  He thinks everything should go his way.  Right now I'm having a hard time getting him to listen to me and to stop hitting.  Jazmyn is usually my sweet baby girl.  However, when she doesn't get her way, look out.  She will throw herself around until I give in (which I'm trying not to do so much).  I joined Cafe Mom to get friends.  I don't have much of a social life, so I'm looking for friends to at least talk to on the internet. I like meeting new people. My husband and I just moved from the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota, so the plains just east of the river in South Dakota.  I have found out that I really love living her.  I am really close to my parents, and for some reason I find it more peaceful here than I did in the hills.  My husband drives truck for a living and is currently driving for a dirt and concrete company.  He works quite a bit during the weekends but currently has Sat. and Sun. off.  I have heard that here soon, he will be working most if not all Sat. also.  We hit a hard spot in our marriage about a year ago.  Shortly after we got married, we both lost our jobs within a week of each other, and money got REALLY tight.  Things kind of spiraled down hill from there.  I finally feel like we are starting to get above water with our finances.  It would really help if I was able to work, but I haven't heard very good things about the day cares around here and there aren't really many jobs around here that are going to pay enough to make it worth me even going to work.  I would much rather be able to stay home with my babies especially so I know that they are getting taken care of the right way and also that they are safe.  Anyway, enough about us.
