I'm a very proud army wife.  I love my husband with all I am.  I never thought Id get married again, much less have a kid.  I've never been so happy.  Our son was born on October 1st 2007.  His name is Silas Hunter. 

We have 4 "kids", however 3 of them are our furry kids.  Munky, who the paper said was a cat, but since he doesnt act like one, the jury's still out on what kind of animal he is.  Milo, our Pug pup, is the second eldest of the furry kids.  he's huge for a pug, but a joy to have around.  Finally, we have Zena.  She's an Alaskan Malamute.  She's almost 7mths old and great, I mean GREAT, with Silas.  A wonderful addition to complete our home.

As of now, Silas will most likely be our only child.  I had so many complications with him, we are scared to try again.  Since who knows where we will PCS to and he, Don, doesn't want to leave me alone while I'm prego.  I also have soemthing up with my kidenys...Living a "rock star" life for a few years when I was in my mid 20's and having such large babies, has taken a toll on my kidneys.  We find out the end of March how badly damaged they are and if having another kid is even in the cards for us.  FYI:  I had a son in July '05 that I gave up for adoption.  I don't regret it.  It was the best thing I've done in my life till I got married and had Silas.  I picked his parents and got to help name him.  He was huge, too.  So, that's why I said "babies"
