    I have yet to get signed up for a tri this year...but I do have a few running races and went for a 7-mile bike ride with the Burley today :).

    So do you have an off season for tris that you are in CA? I am jealous of your weather... Right now it is like -2 degrees in MN. Brrrr. Definitely off season but I still run outdoors as much as possible. I am taking advantage of it being almost the end of my off season... We do alot of spinning classes and use our indoor trainers but nothing like the real thing! Tell me about racing in CA and what your training season is like!!!
