    I am a retired special education teacher who started a second career as a children's book writer upon retirement. My first two books are about autism, and great for use in the classroom. I moved from New Hampshire to Florida in '02, just in time for the year of the hurricanes. In addition to writing, I enjoy nature photography, golf, and spending time with my grandchildren, one of whom has autism.
