I was an active mom until I was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer last december {12/05}. since the cancer had spread to my bones and has weakened them {i have 5 compression fractures in my spine and need a total hip replacement} i have been mostly bed-ridden or with a walker or wheel chair. I was as i said an active woman who loves camping, hiking, walking, and having snowball fights with my kids and husband, along with catching both baseballs and footballs and playing basketball in our back yard. Since all my kids are in school or camp i was an administrative assistant prior to my illness. i love to read and have been able to catch up with that at least. i love animals we have a dog, 4 bearded dragons and a snake. we have also had rabbits, frogs, chameleons, a ferret, and cats. {when my neibors grandkids visited them they would visit our zoo too}. and most important my husband and i have 6 kids. and all of us love photography {which is how my hubby makes his living}. One of my biggest dreams is to see the Grand Canyon, another is to see Alaska.
