i am newly pregnant a little scared and just found out we are having a litlle girl in september of 09. My fiance and i were actually planning on getting married but instead i got the most precious gift on the way, we have decided to push back the wedding and enjoy the pregnancy while we can!! my pregnancy has not been the best i have been really sick and permantly disabled from work until 6 weeks after the baby is born! I am excited to have found this site it would be great to hear stories and to relate to othe moms who are or were first time mommies to be!!

She was pre-term 35 wks. born 08-05-09 5lbs. 4 oz. 17.9 inches.doing well now!!

Hey sweetie might I suggest w/ breast feeding concerns the "nipple shield" it's awesome and makes feedings MUCH easier for baby!! ~HUGS~

umm..well i think effaced means how soft your cervix is to push the baby out. So im guessing yours is pretty soft. But you never know. It could still take a couple of weeks. With Zaniel I was 1cm for like 3 weeks before I had him. Hopefully you will have her after 37 weeks.
