My name is Barbara and I am 42 yrs YOUNG.  I have been married 2 1/2 yrs to a wonderful man.  I have 4 children, 3 step children, and 2 poodles Peaches is 2 yrs old and I have a 7 wk old lil girl poodle that I have not named yet.  I just became grandma to a YORKIE on Sat.  His name is Reese.  I am a Pre K teacher fulltime and I am currently taking classes and working on getting my teaching degree.

  God has Blessed me with so much in my life.  I currently have 2 sons in the military, Grant 22 is serving in Iraq, he was deployed in Sept.  He recently was married the end of May.  I have not had a chance to meet my new Daughter in law, as they live in CO and they went and got married and then told the family.   Dannie, is 18 and a Senior in High School, he graduates in May.  He  is in the Army Reserves and will be going active duty in June.  He is scheduled to leave June 30^th for Basic and AIT training.  My daughter Jessica is 16, a Junior in HS  and is planning to join the guard in March.    Jeff is 15 and a freshman in High School  and has not decided what he is going to do after HS.

 My Mama and Daddy are my grandparents.  They took me in when I was 3 months old and I am so blessed to have them.  My Mama is 85 and my Daddy (I nicknamed him Shortcake ) will be 92 the end of Oct.  Biologically they may be my grandparents, but to me they are MY PARENTS!!  I still have my Mom and Dad, they have always been a part of my life and I love them as well. 

   I was born with one hand, and God has blessed me to be able to do anything I want.  The only thing that I have found that I can not do is count pass 6 using my fingers, but I have all 10 toes, and I keep my feet clean just in case I have to use them!!  HA!! My right hand did not grow.  I have a NUB for a Hand, and my kids always says Mom give me some Nubbin Lovin!  That is why I say...If Life Hands you lemons....Make Lemonade!
