American wife/mom recently moved from India back to Texas after 8 years in New Delhi and glad to be home! I am the CEO and managing director of my family! I have a 18 year-old daughter that graduated in 2008 from a boarding school in Iowa. I have my 6 yesr-old twins starting first grade at their new school August 2008. They are boy/girl twins. Originally from Texas. My mom, brother and all that side of the family is still there. We have a cabin in the Cherokee National Forest in Tennessee we use in the summers. My father, sister and that side of the family live there. My husband was born and raised in Texas but his parents have moved back to Mississippi so they are in the middle of my families!

      Hobbies?
Quilting, cross-stitch, traveling, genealogy, reading, sitting around drinking tea/coffee with the girls.

      Work?
Other than the 24/7 job mentioned above? In my past life I was a pediatric nurse so I work as needed at the school's health office, do volunteering with various charities such as Operation Smile. Stay involved with school and parents' groups in school.

      Loves?
kids, animals, plants, nature, 5 star hotels, learning all the time, Home-style Christmases

      Hates?
The Bush administration (ever since he was a governor in Texas), those e-mails you get saying to send it to 10 people for good luck or delete it and something horrible will happen. (I delete them)

I've been so busy that I haven't been on here much. I have been thinking about you and hope we can plan to get the children together very soon. How's the HS going? I have new info to share with you when we speak...

I just saw your "Thought Bubble" .... what's up? If I can do anything (or just listen), I'll probably be home most of the day if you'd like to call. I'm a great listener and the best secret keeper! ;-)
