Personal Statement
I am first and foremost a mother, then student, doula, and intern. I am hoping to start nursing school early next year with the bigger goal of getting a Master's degree to be a Certified Nurse Midwife.

I am newly separated and trying to figure out his whole soon-to-be-divorced mom thing. I never thought I would find myself in this position (who does?), but I am taking life by the horns.
